Transport:

The movement of humans, animals, machinery and even air and clouds is the basis of this work. You are looking at images of parking lots, landscape, skyscapes, cityscape, planes, trains, snakes and birds composited together into one canvas. Together these elements represent my daily observations. With these images I am interested in how the ground is not the ground yet is the ground. Playing with juxtaposition of ground and sky you are forced to deal with a familiar yet unfamiliar space. As the pieces get larger you are forced to move to explore the space, the ground becomes deceiving.
